Refund policy

We take pride in ensuring that every order goes through multiple levels of inspection and secure packaging before shipment. However, if your product arrives defective, we are happy to assist with appropriate remediation.

Replacement Policy

Cure Organics offers replacements only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect product. The Company will not accept any returns nor initiate any refunds on purchase of the product unless:

• Returns will only be accepted for products that have physical defects or in case an incorrect product has been shipped.
• An email with photos or videos of the defective/incorrect product clearly showing the issue, along with images of the shipping label and invoice slip inside the package, must be sent within the stipulated time.
• To return all or part of your order, inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products by writing to info@cureorganics.co.

Due to health, hygiene, and food safety standards, we cannot accept returns for products delivered in perfect condition. Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used.
• The seal has been broken.
• The serial number has been tampered with.

On receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the item and validate the claim.

Refunds & Replacements

Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found ineligible, the return request will be declined.

Online Payment: Refunds will be issued back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days of approval.
COD Orders: Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 14 working days of approval.

All prices and transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
