3. Products & Pricing
All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or change product details at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Razorpay accepts major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. We do not store or have access to your payment information. All transactions are subject to Razorpay’s terms and policies available at razorpay.com/terms.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We partner with Delhivery and other reputed logistics providers for safe and timely deliveries across India. Delivery timelines vary by location and product availability. Estimated delivery times are mentioned on the product page or during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once the product is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Our Refund Policy governs all returns, replacements, and refunds. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take 7–10 working days.
