Our brand ships to most locations across India. While we continually expand our reach, delivery availability depends on the logistics serviceability, applicable legal restrictions, and Delhivery's coverage in your area. For locations outside our current network or affected by restrictions, orders cannot be fulfilled and will be refunded.

Estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 days from order confirmation while remote locations could take longer based on geography.

If your order is confirmed but not yet dispatched, please contact our customer support team immediately to request an address change. Security verification will be required before making any changes. If the order has already been dispatched, changes are unfortunately not possible. If Delhivery cannot deliver to your address, the order will be returned, and a refund will be processed.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and courier details will be sent to your registered email. You can track the shipment status via Delhivery's tracking portal or through our website's “Track Order” page, generally within 24 hours of dispatch.

Orders containing multiple products may sometimes be shipped separately from different warehouses. This is standard practice, and you will only pay shipping or COD charges (if applicable) on the first shipment. International orders, where applicable, are usually shipped together in one package.

All prices displayed online are final and inclusive of taxes. No hidden charges such as Octroi or additional sales tax apply. Shipping charges (if any) are transparently communicated during the order process and are only applicable for non-local or international addresses.
