Cancellation & Refunds

1. Shipping

We work only with trusted courier partners and Speed Post to ensure reliable and safe delivery of your orders. While we make genuine effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated time mentioned in your confirmation email, Cure Organics will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, postal delays, or any circumstances beyond our control.

In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to reasons outside our control — such as limited courier serviceability, inaccessible locations, or unforeseen events — we will notify you promptly, cancel your order, and initiate a full refund.

2. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, a 10% transaction fee will be deducted to cover payment gateway charges.

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to us at info@cureorganics.co. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days of acknowledgement.

3. Returns Policy

We take pride in ensuring that every order goes through multiple levels of inspection and secure packaging before shipment. However, if your product arrives defective, we are happy to assist with appropriate remediation.

Cure Organics offers replacements only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect product. Due to health, hygiene, and food safety standards, we cannot accept returns for products delivered in perfect condition.

The Company will not accept any returns nor initiate any refunds unless:

  • if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, we will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.

  • Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the return request will be declined.

  • If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of approval.

  • For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of approval.

4. Currency Transactions

All prices and transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Processing Orders

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST). For queries outside these hours, you can reach us via email at info@cureorganics.co, and we will respond as soon as possible.
