Creamy, chocolatey, and plant-powered—made with simple freezer staples and Cure Organics Supercharged Plant Protein – Mocha Fudge flavor. It tastes like dessert but fuels your day, and it comes together in minutes.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
* Cure Organics Supercharged Plant Protein – Mocha Fudge flavor: 2 level scoops (66 g; 24 g protein per 33 g scoop)
* Frozen mixed berries (or frozen raspberries/blueberries): 1½ cups
* Frozen bananas: 1 large (or 2 small), sliced
* Unsweetened almond milk (or any milk): ¾ cup, plus 1–2 tbsp if needed
* Chia seeds: 2 tsp (or 1 tbsp quick oats to thicken)
* Maple syrup or honey (optional): 1 tbsp, to taste
* Vanilla extract (optional): ¼ tsp
* Unsweetened cocoa powder (optional): 1 tsp for extra chocolate
Toppings
* Granola: ½ cup
* Dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs: 2 tbsp
* Unsweetened shredded coconut: 2 tbsp (optional)
Instructions
1. Get set: Lay out toppings. If the frozen fruit is rock hard, let it sit 2–3 minutes so it blends easier.
2. Blend: Add berries, banana, 2 scoops (66 g) Mocha Fudge protein, chia (or oats), milk, and any optional add-ins to a high-speed blender. Start low, then blend on medium until smooth and thick. If it’s too thick to blend, add milk 1 tbsp at a time—keep it spoonable.
3. Serve: Divide into two bowls and smooth the tops.
4. Top: Add granola, berries, chocolate chips/cacao nibs, and coconut.
5. Enjoy: Dig in while it’s cold and creamy.
Tips
* Extra cold & thick: Chill bowls for 10 minutes and start with the least milk.
* Make it drinkable: Add ½–¾ cup more milk and blend until pourable.
* Nut-free: Use oat or coconut milk and a seed-based granola.
* Lower sugar: Swap half the banana for ½ cup frozen cauliflower rice or ¼ avocado; sweeten to taste.
